Can I place an order over a phone?
All orders are to be placed through the website or app only
Why don’t you provide the bill to the customers?
Please ask the delivery executive to show you the bill. Unfortunately, sometimes it is impossible to hand over the original bill to you as we need it to settle the books with our restaurant partners.
Which are the cities you currently serve?
Currently we are serving Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, New Delhi, Chennai.
Will you be responsible for the quality of the food?
We only collect food on your behalf from the outlets and deliver it, and we won’t be accountable for the quality of the food. In case you have any feedback, please write in through the contact us page and we’ll take it up with the restaurant in question. Don't forget to tell us the order number or restaurant name

I am a restaurant owner, how do I tie-up with Swiggy
You can write to us at support@swiggy.in with the details of your restaurant and contact person's name, mobile and email-id. Our sales team will get in touch with you post reviewing the same.
What is the minimum order value for food which you deliver?
We do not have any minimum order value for delivery. We may charge a delivery fee depending on the city.
Can I order across neighbourhoods/any area?
We will deliver from any restaurant listed on our service, as long as it is shown on search results for your location. Recommended method would be to use GPS (if using a mobile phone) and let the app/website auto-detect your location.
What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are subjected to the rules of your city and the timings of each restaurant.
Do you charge for the delivery?
We charge a delivery fee for orders below a certain amount in select cities. The exact amount will reflect in your cart at the checkout page.
How much time do you take to deliver?
This is usually between 30 to 60 minutes. We mention estimated time on details of every restaurant
Can I order from multiple restaurant in a single order?
No. However, you can place orders for individual items from different restaurants as we do not impose a minimum order value.
Can I order in advance?
No, you cannot order in advance. All our orders are placed and executed on-demand.
How can I add special instructions to my order?
Once you have chosen the restaurant you want to order from, add items to your cart and proceed. On next page/screen you can enter special instructions to your order, based on your preferences. However we are unable to guarantee these requests to be fulfilled as it solely depends on the restaurants.
Can I use multiple coupons on a single order?
Coupons cannot be clubbed together to be used on a single order.
Why do you have delivery fee in some cities & why not in some cities
We have delivery fees in every city, but as a launch promotion we have waived it in some cities.
What is Swiggy money/wallet and how do I use it?
The Swiggy money/wallet is a secure digital wallet where you can store money and use it to quickly pay for your food. It secures you from payment failures and gives you seamless refunds when necessary.
How can I track my order?
If you are using mobile app, you can live track your order on a map built into the 'orders' menu. We will also keep you posted through SMS with delivery boy details. If you are using our website, live tracking is not yet available but the details of the progress of your order will be shared with you through SMS, along every step between order placement to delivery.
My order is delayed
If you have received an SMS with the contact details of our Delivery Executive you can call our Delivery Executive and ask him about his location and order status. If you are not satisfied, you can chat/call us to know the status.
I want to change my delivery address / mobile number
Any major change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, slight modifications are allowed like changing flat number, street name, landmark etc. Request you to get in touch with (Your STD Code) 6000 6600. If you have received delivery executive details, you can directly call him
What is Swiggy cancellation policy?
We do allow canceling an order before it is prepared by the restaurant. It is not possible for us to cancel an order once it is prepared by the restaurant. Usually this is within 5 minutes of placing an order.
My recent order is cancelled, when will I receive my refund?
Based on the type of payment mode you have chosen, you will get a full refund within 4-6 business days. However, Refunds into Swiggy money/wallet are done within 24 hours and you can use it for your next order.
I did not receive the complete order
If certain items are missing from your order, please check if the item has been billed or not. Please call us at (your STD code) 6000 6600 or email us at support@swiggy.in with your order id and other details.
Do I need to register for placing an order
Yes, but our registration process is just a one-step process. This is required so that we can keep you posted on the progress of your order until it gets delivered.
I did not get OTP (One Time Password) code on my mobile
In some rare scenarios, if you didn't get an OTP you can send us your query to support@swiggy.in with your mobile number and email-id
I am unable to login to my account
Try the 'Forgot password' option. If you are still facing trouble logging in then write to us at support@swiggy.in with your registered email or call us with your registered mobile number at (STD code) 6000 6600.
I want to unsubscribe from promotional emails and SMS
Please write us at support@swiggy.in and mention the mobile number you want to unsubscribe. For email unsubscription, click on the unsubscribe link given on the bottom of the email.
Can I transfer my Swiggy money/wallet coupon to other Swiggy accounts?
No, we do not transfer Swiggy money to other Swiggy accounts for security reasons.
Can I transfer my Swiggy money/wallet coupon to my bank account?
If you have received swiggy money as a refund to your cancelled order, you can transfer it to your bank account. For this send us an email from your registered email-id with details:
  • Bank account holder name
  • Bank Account number
  • IFSC Code
  • Branch address
If you received Swiggy money as a promotion or as goodwill you cannot transfer it to your bank account. However, any coupon cannot be transferred to your account
Unable to use my coupon
Please check the Terms & Conditions of the coupon and everything seems fine and if you are unable to use coupon mail us at support@swiggy.in from your registered email id.
I have not received Swiggy money

If Swiggy money was a refund for a transaction you have done with Swiggy, it ideally takes 24 hours to reflect in your Swiggy wallet/account. If it has not, write in to us at support@swiggy.in from your registered email address.
Where can I check if I have any coupon, on the website / App?
If you have any active coupon available for you, you should be able to see that under offers section in our mobile app. We will come up with this feature on our website soon.
Are your menu prices the same as those at the restaurant?
We encourage our restaurants to always use the same pricing for delivery as they do for their in-house menu, although there may be exceptions. If you have any questions about menu pricing, please contact the restaurant directly.
What are the payment options available for me?
You can use cash on delivery or you can use any of the online payment options using our secure payment gateway. We accept payments through Credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking through all major banks and leading wallet providers.
Can I use Sodexo, Ticket restaurant voucher?
Sorry we do not accept any meal voucher. Payments can be made only through the methods listed in our payment gateway, including cash on delivery.
What should I do if my payment fails?
If an amount is debited from your card or account but order is not booked at Swiggy, we will automatically cancel your order and reverse the payment to your original payment mode. This is not applicable for cash on delivery orders
What is the service charge which is mentioned on the bill?
The service charge is collected by the restaurant on each order placed for takeaway or delivery.
My payment has been debited multiple times
