Foracort Forte Rotacap is a combination of two medicines that helps relieve the long-term symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation and relaxes the muscles in the airways. This medication helps make breathing easier but it must be used regularly to be effective. While the effects of Foracort Forte Rotacap may be noticeable after a few days, they will reach their maximum effectiveness after a few weeks. It should not be used to relieve sudden shortness of breath, for which a rescue inhaler is recommended.
