• 1. Wash your hands carefully
• 2. Boil bottle, spoon and bowl
• 3. Boil drinking water and allow to cool
• 4. Consult feeding table, pour exact amount of previously boiled water into bottle. Please look for the ml markings on the bottle
• 5. Consult feeding table and add the exact number of leveled scoops for age of baby. Shake bottle well to dissolve powder
• 6. Feed baby with bowl and spoon. Discard leftover feed.
