Solvin Cold Syrup is a combination medicine used to treat cold symptoms in children, including a blocked or runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, watery eyes and fever. It contains chlorpheniramine, paracetamol and phenylephrine, which collectively relieve allergy symptoms, reduce fever and ease nasal congestion. This syrup is typically administered by mouth and can be taken with or without food. If your child complains of stomach upset, giving it with food is preferable. Make sure to follow the prescribed dose and schedule strictly, as stopping the medicine abruptly may worsen symptoms.
