Wikoryl AF Syrup is a combination medicine primarily used for the symptomatic treatment of common cold in children. It helps relieve symptoms such as runny nose, blocked nose and sneezing, providing rapid relief that lasts for several hours. This syrup contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate, an antiallergic and Phenylephrine, a decongestant. Together, they help reduce nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing and ease breathing. The syrup is suitable for children but should not be used in children under 4 years of age.
