Triglynase 2 Tablet SR is a combination medicine designed to control blood sugar levels. It is used alongside diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The medication aids in the proper utilization of insulin, thereby lowering blood sugar levels.

It should be taken in the dosage and duration prescribed by your doctor and must be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible unless it’s almost time for your next dose, in which case, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose, as an overdose may lead to low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
