Description

Triolmezest CH 20 Tablet is a combination medication used to manage hypertension (high blood pressure) when single-drug therapy is not effective. It contains Olmesartan Medoxomil, Amlodipine and Chlorthalidone. These ingredients work together to relax blood vessels and remove excess fluid, which lowers blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney problems. It is typically taken once daily, with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Regular use is important to maintain consistent blood pressure control. Since high blood pressure usually has no symptoms, patients should not discontinue the medicine even if they feel well, as this could lead to serious cardiovascular complications.
