Bilypsa Tablet is a medication used in the treatment of Noncirrhotic Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis, Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) with associated conditions like obesity, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, high cholesterol or Metabolic Syndrome and also to manage high cholesterol in individuals with diabetes (diabetic dyslipidemia). It can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day for maximum effectiveness and should only be discontinued upon a doctor's recommendation. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including diet and exercise, is crucial while on this medication to support liver health and maintain a healthy body weight. Common side effects include flatulence, indigestion, abdominal distension, increased body temperature and weakness, which are usually mild. However, any persistent or concerning side effects should be reported to a doctor. It's important to inform the doctor about any pre-existing conditions such as kidney, heart or pancreas problems, as well as alcohol consumption. Contraindications
