Dexoderm NF Cream is a topical medication used to treat various skin infections caused by bacteria and fungi. It contains a powerful combination of four active ingredients: Ofloxacin ornidazole, Itraconazole and Clobetasol. Together, they work to kill microorganisms, reduce inflammation and alleviate symptoms such as redness, swelling and itching. The cream is intended for external use only and should be applied regularly to the affected area as directed by your doctor. It may take a few days to weeks to notice improvement and treatment should not be stopped abruptly to avoid recurrence of symptoms.

Contraindications

• Do not use if allergic to Ofloxacin ornidazole, Itraconazole, Clobetasol or any similar medicines.
• Not suitable for use in or around the eyes, mouth or vagina.

Side Effects

• Application site irritation
• Burning sensation
• Redness at the application site
• Dryness of skin (can be managed with moisturizers)
