How to Use
  • Empty the contents of the Gits Dessert Mix Gulabjamun packet into a bowl.
  • Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
  • Divide the dough into small, equal-sized portions and shape them into round balls.
  • Heat oil or ghee in a deep frying pan over medium heat. 
  • Gently slide the shaped dough balls into the hot oil or ghee 
  • Fry the dough balls until they turn gulden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  • Once cooked, remove the fried dough balls from the oil and drain excess oil by placing them on paper towels.
  • Prepare sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar together until the sugar dissulves completely. 
  • Soak the fried dough balls in the sugar syrup for a few minutes until they absorb the syrup and become soft.
  • Serve the Gulabjamuns warm or at room temperature, garnished with chopped nuts if desired.
