Ibugesic Plus tablet is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to reduce pain in headaches, toothaches, body aches, muscle and joint pain, and fever. It is a combination medicine containing ibuprofen and paracetamol as active components. This medicine works by inhibiting the formation of certain chemicals responsible for fever, pain, and inflammation. It should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. It should preferably be taken after meals. Combiflam tablet, Flexon tablet, and Imol Plus tablet also contain the same composition as Ibugesic Plus tablet. It would be best if you take this medicine regularly at a fixed time. Do not miss any dose or take it more often than your doctor prescribes. You should not take more than 3 Ibugesic Plus tablets in 24 hours. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult with their doctor before using it. Inform your doctor about all other medications you are taking, as they may affect or be affected by this medicine. It is best to avoid alcohol while taking this medication.

• If you are allergic to Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, or other Ibugesic Plus tablet ingredients
• If you have a history of allergic reactions due to painkillers like aspirin, etc.
• If you are taking medicines containing Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, or other pain medicines
• If you have a history of ulcers or bleeding in the digestive tract
• If you have an active clotting disorder or disorder related to the blood supply to the brain
• If you are experiencing fluid loss (due to vomiting, diarrhoea, or not drinking enough fluids)
• If you have a kidney or liver function problem
• If you are pregnant (last trimester), it should not be given to children under 12 years of age (<40kgs)
