Kesar Mango (Maharashtra)

Authentic Kesar originated from Gujarat. It takes the name kesar because, when fully ripe, the pulp color is very near to 'Kesar' the spice. Aamras or Mango shakes are best made with Kesar as it imparts great color and flavor.
