CTD-T AM 6.25/40/5 Tablet is a combination of three active medicines used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), particularly when a single medication is not sufficiently effective. It works to lower high blood pressure, thereby reducing the risk of future cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke. The combination includes an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and a diuretic, each contributing to blood pressure reduction through different mechanisms.

Contraindications

• It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking CTD-T AM 6.25/40/5 Tablet. It is unsafe to use during pregnancy due to the risk to the developing baby, unless deemed absolutely necessary in life-threatening situations by a doctor. It is probably unsafe during breastfeeding. Driving and operating machinery are unsafe as it may cause side effects like dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, which can impair concentration. Caution should be exercised in patients with severe kidney and liver disease, potentially requiring dose adjustments and it is not recommended in severe liver disease.
