Contraindications

• It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Glycomet-GP 3 Forte Tablet. It may be unsafe to use during pregnancy and is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Caution is advised while driving as blood sugar levels that are too low or too high can affect the ability to drive. It should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease and liver disease (dose adjustment may be needed in both cases) and its use is not recommended in patients with severe kidney or liver disease. Do not take this medicine if you have type 1 diabetes mellitus or diabetic ketoacidosis (high levels of acid in your blood). Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have ever had heart disease.
