Pulmopres Tablet is a prescription medicine used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that works by increasing blood flow to specific areas of the body. In the case of erectile dysfunction, it enhances blood flow to the penis to help men achieve and maintain an erection but only when sexually stimulated. For PAH, it works by relaxing the blood vessels in the lungs, reducing pressure within them and improving the ability to perform physical activities. Pulmopres should only be used under medical supervision and is not meant for casual or recreational use. The tablet can be taken with or without food, preferably about 30 minutes to an hour before sexual activity. It is essential to follow the doctor's instructions for dosage and duration. Pulmopres should not be used without a proper diagnosis and medical recommendation, especially if you have heart conditions, liver or kidney issues or are taking medications like nitrates.
