To start the recipe of chicken pizza, you set your oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, you prepare your favourite pizza dough recipe. Or if you do not have time for this, you can also use purchased dough. You stretch out the dough to the thickness desired on a floured surface and then place it on your pizza stone or baking sheet. Boil 1 cup of diced chicken breast. Then saut it in a pan over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Season it with some choice Italian herbs such as oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Set it aside to serve. Spread pizza sauce all over the prepared crust. Spread cooked chicken and shred over some 1 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese. You may even add your favourite veggies, whether bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms, for flavour and nutrition. Place it in the oven, which has been preheated for about 12-15 minutes, until the crust has turned golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Remove it once it is cooked; let it cool off for some time before slicing to be served.
